Get in Touch

Questions about custody, booking records, police reports, court cases, and state or federal custody belong with the office that created the record. This private reference resource cannot confirm a person’s status, release anyone, post bond, or retrieve an official file. The contacts below route a question to the right Grady County or Georgia agency.

Grady County Busted Mugshots is not a government office. It cannot confirm custody or release, pull a booking record, change a charge, or provide legal advice. Contact the originating office directly for an official answer.

Start With the Right Office

Choose the custodian based on the question, not just the city where an event occurred.

  • For current county custody, jail intake, or a booking photograph request, contact the Grady County Sheriff’s Office.
  • For a Cairo incident or arrest report, use Cairo Police’s records route.
  • For a Whigham police report, call the department or City Hall and ask who holds the current record after the site migration.
  • For a filed case or disposition, contact the Grady clerk or use the official Georgia court e-access route.
  • For state-sentenced custody, use Georgia Department of Corrections. For federal or immigration custody, use the proper federal locator.

Grady County Sheriff’s Office

Sheriff Martin “Earl” Prince operates the Grady County Detention Facility through the sheriff’s office, also called Grady County Jail in government directories. No public roster or fixed booking feed was verified, so telephone confirmation and a focused written request are the practical routes.

Ask for a current custody answer only if that is the question. For a durable record, request the existing jail intake or booking record and booking photograph separately, and ask for the specific exemption if any portion is withheld.

Cairo states that the first 15 minutes of labor are free, black-and-white copies cost ten cents per page, and certified copies cost $5 for the first page and $1 for each additional certified page. Reports are usually ready in about two days, but that is not a guarantee and does not establish that CPD holds a jail booking photo.

Whigham Police and City Hall

Whigham’s former request form link redirects after a site migration. Use current direct contacts and ask the receiving office to identify the proper custodian. No Whigham-specific fee schedule or typical turnaround was verified.
